This highly respected CRO is seeking a Senior Manager, Proposal Development to perform contracts co-ordinator role for their international division. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing, managing and administering third party vendor management process, performing QC function for the department and preparing clinical trial proposals on behalf of account directors.
Major Responsibilities
Contract Co-ordinator
Co-ordinate the production, review and signature of confidentiality agreements with sponsors and third party vendors.
Upon notification of project award, work with the relevant PDM, AD and Legal in the preparation, review and signature of Letters of Intent
Work with the relevant PDM, AD and Project Finance representative in collecting final budget, proposal, timelines and payment schedule and submit to legal for contract preparation
Co-ordinate any sponsor contracts review and facilitate any “business decision” meetings
